Morris Law has represented Warsell International AB on its sale of Ehrenborg & Co to Kährs Group.
Kährs Group is a leading manufacturer of wood flooring and PVC-free plastic floor, while Ehrenborg & Co is a leading floor distributor in the Swedish floor market for public environments. Ehrenborg also operates in the other Nordic countries as well as several export markets. Through the acquisition, Ehrenborg and Kährs Group will strengthen their sales and distribution to customers in commercial projects and broaden their product portfolio with new products in project sales.
