Morris Law has assisted Nötudden Fastigheter in the purchase of the real property Nyköping Järnhandlaren 3 from SBB.
The real property is approximately 1,340 sq. m, premium location on Storgatan, the main street in Nyköping. Nötudden now intends to look into development possibilities for the purchased land.
