Morris Law has assisted the European group of companies Etex Group which has it main office in Belgium in the purchase of the Swedish business Silicone Trading. Etex Group has a turnover of nearly 3 billion SEK and through the purchase of the business in Sweden means that Etex Group enters in the Nordic market in construction and fire protection business.
