Morris Law has been a legal advisor to the owner of Jan Comstedt AB in connection with Alliance Marine SAS acquisition of all shares in the company.
The Gothenburg-based company is a well-renowned distributor of a broad range of high-end products within the marine and sport fishing sector. The company’s customers are made up of B2B-customers where most of the end-users are owners of leisure boats and/or interested in sport fishing.
The French company, Alliance Marine’s core activity rests on two pillars: designing, developing, and manufacturing proprietary products such as safety at sea and rescue equipment on the one hand and distributing boat fit-out maintenance complete solutions on the other hand.
