Morris Law has been a legal advisor to the owner of Börjessons Plåt & Svets AB in connection with Rebellion Operations AB acquisition of all shares in the company.

Börjessons Plåt & Svets AB works with modern sheet metal processing in both small and large series. The company cuts, bends and processes sheet metal with modern machines and uses, among other things, laser, water cutting and edge pressing.

Rebellion invests in and develops small and medium-sized companies in industry. The company's goal is to build an industrial group consisting of market-leading niche companies with robust cash flows and sustainable growth potential.
