Morris Law has advised Ekopack i Sydsverige AB, a company within the OptiGroup group, in the acquisition of all shares in Packteam Europe AB.
Packteam Europe AB has many years of experience in deliveries to the Swedish industry and are experts in streamlining their customers' production and material handling. They offer a complete machine program for packaging and wrapping from leading machine manufacturers and will be part of Ekopack.
OptiGroup is a leading business-to-business distributor, providing solutions for the facility management, safety and foodservice sectors, the industrial packaging sector, the printing and creative and the retail and reseller sectors.
Through the acquisition, OptiGroup will further strengthen its Nordic position within the business area Industrial Solutions of supply solutions for packaging products to manufacturing industries and service companies.
