Morris Law advised the owners of Global Freight Solutions, Sweden AB when they took on the new majority shareholder Bolloré Logistics Company.
Bolloré Logistics is active in transport and logistics and is part of the Bolloré Group. The Bolloré Group is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange and had a revenue of approximately EUR 23 billion in 2018.
Global Freight Solutions, Sweden AB is an independent freight broker and shipping agent offering customized transport and logistics solutions all over the world.
Through the acquisition, Bolloré Logistics strengthens its position in the Nordic region and can now also offer Swedish exporters new transport solutions that enhance their success in the markets in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
