Morris Law advises Talent Garden’ in connection with the acquisition of a majority (54%) stake in Hyper Island Capital AB.
Talent Garden S.p.A. is an Italian founded company which main business is a combination of co-working spaces and digital educational courses. Hyper Island is a Swedish education company which was founded in 1996 in Karlskrona, Sweden that offers online courses within the area of digital marketing and leadership development for both students and professionals. Hyper Island operates in various locations around the world such as the United Kingdom, Singapore, Brazil and North America and Asia.
With Talent Garden becoming the majority owner in Hyper Island, the new partnership will create a good foundation for both scaling and advancing in the digital sphere of online courses and educational programs.
