Morris Law has assisted the seller in connection with the sale of 100 percent of the shares in Borgstena Energi AB and 50 percent of the shares in Vårgårda Ångfabrik AB to Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme AB.
Borgstena Energi and Vårgårda Ångfabrik AB operates facilities for production, distribution and sale of district heating, electricity and steam.
Solör Bioenergi Fjärrvärme is a company within the Solör group which is a leading supplier of renewable wood-based bioenergy.
