Morris Law assisted the seller with their divestment of the shares in Överby Trollhättan Fastigheter AB, and indirectly the property Trollhättan Långskeppet 1, to a company within the Regio group. The property is located in the Överby trade area in Trollhättan and consists of approximately 15 200 sqm and is fully leased to among others Citygross, Elgiganten and ÖoB. Tenants are expected to move in during fall 2018. The seller is responsible for the completion of the project and P&E Fastighetspartner, who is a partner in the selling company, will manage the property after completion.
