Morris Law has assisted dSPACE in connection with dSPACE’s purchase of all shares in Fengco Real Time Control Aktiebolag (”Fengco”).
Fengco is a company with over 20 years of experience in model-based development and control engineering. Fengco provides tools for the development and testing of embedded control systems, from prototype to final product with verified functionality. Fengco acts as distributor of dSPACE’s products on the Swedish market and is pending name change to dSPACE Nordic AB.
