Morris Law has assisted the sellers of Mark & Energibyggarna i Göteborg AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Eleda Acquisition AB, a portfolio company that is a part of the infrastructure group of the investment firm Triton.
The Gothenburg based Mark & Energibyggarna i Göteborg AB, founded in 1991, which provides services within e.g. infrastructure construction and district heating, had a turnover during 2017 of approximately SEK 580m.
Triton has previously, through Eleda Acquisition AB, acquired Akeab and KEWAB. With the acquisition of Mark & Energibyggarna in Göteborg AB, Triton strengthens its infrastructure group within infrastructure construction.
Morris Law’s team mainly consisted of Per Nylander, Johan Wilkens, Carl Friberg and Robert Starck.
