Morris Law has assisted the sellers to AVA Monitoring AB in connection with the sale of all shares to the First North listed tech group company Sdiptech AB (Publ.):
AVA Monitoring AB, based in Gothenburg, develops and sells fully automated and cloud-based measurement systems for monitoring vibration and noise in conjunction with infrastructure projects.
Sdiptech AB (Publ.) is a tech group company listed on First North with focus is on urban infrastructures. The company provides niched products and services within modernization, new installation, service & maintenance in e.g. hospitals, traffic systems, water supply systems, and data centres.
The Morris Law team consisted mainly of Olof Myhrman (responsible partner, M&A) and Per Nylander (M&A).
