Morris Law has assisted Malte i Sverige Holding AB in connection with the sale of its subsidiary AVA Monitoring AB to the international industrial group Indutrade.
Gothenburg- based AVA Monitoring AB, develops, manufactures and sells fully automated and cloud-based vibration measurement and monitoring equipment used in connection to infrastructure engineering projects and construction projects.

Indutrade markets and sells components, systems and services with a high-tech content within selected nichesnd operates through more than 200 subsidiaries with some 7 000 employees in 32 countries, across four continents. AVA Monitoring will be included in Indutrade's Business Area Measurement & Sensor Technology.
