Morris Law assisted Campadre in the acquisition of Members.com.
Campadre, the Nordic region’s first and largest shopping club for exclusive brands, acquires the competitor Members.com from Qliro Group / Nelly. Campadre simultaneously signs a cooperation agreement with Nelly and becomes the exclusive channel for their shopping club sales. As part of the agreement, Campadre will also be a partner of Qliro Financial Services regarding payment solutions in the Nordic region.
