Morris Law has acted as legal counsel to Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ) in connection with the entering into a SEK 200,000,000 revolving credit facility with SEB.
Christian Berner was founded in 1897 and is today one of the leading companies in the Nordics focusing on the delivery of technical components, materials and advanced equipment. Christian Berner Tech Trade AB (publ) is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. In order to secure financing for purpose of continuing the continued expansion of Christian Berner by way of acquisitions, the company has entered into a SEK 200,000,000 revolving credit facility with SEB.
