The success continues for Sweden´s most modern law firm, most recently as adviser to FlexQube AB (publ) in connection with the company´s listing at Nasdaq First North Stockholm, where the shares are available for trading on December 14.

The rapid rate of change in the industry demands new technologies and more efficient handling of material. FlexQube designs and manufactures trolleys for material handling, which, using modular building blocks, replace conventional welded solutions. The company acts in a global market with customers in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. One current example is Volvo Cars, which recently ordered more than 1000 material handling trolleys for its new factory in South Carolina.

Through the listing, the company is expected to receive approximately SEK 40 million. The great interest for the FlexQube-shares and it has been heavily oversubscribed. Didner & Gerge acquired a total of 24,1% of the shares as anchor investor and within the offer.
