Morris Law has advised Merx Fastighets AB in connection with the sale of 18 properties in Kristinehamn to Akka Egendom Kristinehamn AB.
Akka Property was founded in 2015 and focuses on investing in and long-term management of residential properties in attractive small and medium-sized municipalities.
Merx Fastighets AB is a real estate company within the Merx Group that owns, manages and develops residential and commercial premises. In addition, the Merx Group also has other operations, where their largest business consists of sales in restaurant and kitchen products and profile products.
The sale consisted of 18 properties comprising 258 apartments located centrally in Kristinehamn. With the acquisition, Akka Egendom's portfolio in the region grows to more than 600 apartments and the company's total portfolio to more than 2,800 apartments.
Morris Law's project group consisted mainly of Racine Ashjari, Marta Laurell and Per Nylander.
