Morris Law has assisted the sellers of Hissteknik i Göteborg AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Nordic Lift AB, a holding company of the investment company Pegroco Invest AB (publ) (“Pegroco”).
Hissteknik i Göteborg AB, founded in 2004 and based in Gothenburg, provides installation and maintenance service of all types of elevators. The company is with its 17 employees a leading supplier of elevator service within the Gothenburg region.
Pegroco has previously through its holding company Nordic Lift AB acquired the elevator service supplier RC Hisservice. With the acquisition of Hissteknik i Göteborg AB, Pegroco strengthens its position on the market of elevator service supply.
Morris Law’s team mainly consisted of Olof Myhrman and Christoffer Erlandsson.
