Morris Law has assisted the sellers of Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Vattenfall Services Nordic AB, a company within the Vattenfall Group which provides services within construction, support and consultation.
Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik AB, based in Skene and founded in 2003, provides installation services at all stages to both commercial and private customers.
In the organisation of Vattenfall Services Nordic, Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik becomes a joint department within the business area of installation services.
