Morris Law has advised OptiGroup Packaging AB, a company within the OptiGroup group, in the acquisition of all shares in Ekopack i Sydsverige AB.
Ekopack is a full-service distributor of a wide range of packaging products and services. The company has a broad customer base in southern Sweden and a strong base of suppliers in Europe, which creates great opportunities for the future.
OptiGroup is a leading business-to-business distributor, providing solutions for the facility management, safety and foodservice sectors, the industrial packaging sector, the printing and creative and the retail and reseller sectors.
Through the acquisition, OptiGroup strengthen its Nordic position within the business area Industrial Solutions of supply solutions for packaging products to manufacturing industries and service companies.
