Morris Law assisted RentSafe Sverige AB.
RentSafe Sverige AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ramirent AB, has entered into an agreement with ATA Hill & Smith AB to acquire ATA's rental and contracting, as well as flag guard and education service businesses to RentSafe. The acquisition will strengthen RentSafe's offering of products and services within road and traffic business in Sweden. Approximately 30 employees from ATA will also be transferred to RentSafe in the transaction.
