Morris Law has acted as legal advisor to RCL in connection with the acquisition of Sefina Svensk Pantbelåning Aktiebolag and Helsingin Pantti-Osakeyhtiö
Through a wholly owned subsidiary, RCL Holding AB has acquired all shares in Sefina Svensk Pantbelåning Aktiebolag and Helsingin Pantti-Osakeyhtiö from Aurajoki Nordic Group Oy.
Sefina is the largest pawnshop in the Nordic region and was established around 1884. Sefina currently has around 95 employees with 20 locations around Sweden. The head office is located in Stockholm. Helsingin Pantti-Osakeyhtiö was established in 1882 and is the largest pawnshop in Finland. Helsingin Pantti-Osakeyhtiö has 12 locations in seven different cities and also operates online.
RCL Holding AB is a Swedish privately owned investment company. RCL's business concept is to create value through long-term ownership in companies that are in the development phase.
