Morris Law has represented the sellers in connection with Visma’s acquisition of Specter, a preferred supplier of business systems for e-commerce and omnichannel sales. Specter’s key product Specter Business Management is a cloud-based retail ERP and business management system with a strong focus on automation and user friendliness. The solution is used by over 1,200 pure-play online and omnichannel customers in Sweden and Norway.
