Viva Bostad Nynäshamn AB has through company transfers acquired approximately 220 rental apartments in Nynäshamn from Magnolia Bostad. Magnolia Bostad will develop and run the project until completion. Upon completion, the property value is estimated at approximately SEK 500 million.
