Morris Law has acted as legal advisor for the sellers in connection with Teknikkonsultgruppen XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB’s (”XPartners”), acquisition of B&B Bro & Betong Projektledning AB (”Bro & Betong”)

Bro & Betong Projektledning AB is a consulting company that offers qualified project and construction management services within infrastructure and urban development. The services include several stages of the construction process, such as preliminary study, investigation, system processing, construction processing, production and handover, and the company works actively with continuous improvements and follows the ISO requirements for quality and environmental management.
